Additional Rules and Regulations Passed by Board
1. Effective May 15th, 2007, The HOA will reimburse an owner only up to $1,000.00 per occurrence in the event of a loss for interior damage to a Unit that is deemed to be the responsibility of the HOA. All owners are strongly encouraged to carry homeowner's insurance covering the interior of their units.
