for pest control outside of Buildings
The
2nd Friday every third month
The perimeters of all buildings are serviced on a quarterly rotation

Special Notice about Water Service
If you need to turn the water off for routine maintenance or repair in your unit, the board requires that you post a notice at least 72 hours in advance above the mail boxes and in the laundry room. The preferred times for interruption of service are between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm weekdays. If you have a plumbing emergency (i.e. significant water leak) this rule does not apply.

Bicycles which appear to be abandoned (evidenced by thick layers of dust and flat tires) will be tagged. If they are not removed by the owner after being tagged, they will be removed by the association and donated to charity.

The next board meeting is December 11, 2007 Tuesday at 6:00 pm. It will be held at the TateAustin Public Relations conference room, 1105 North Lamar.
The next Annual meeting will be February, 2008.
