Rae O'Brien has been with Pioneer since 1981. Her focus initially was on individual properties, managing accounts for owners with a few units. Her education and experience took her into small apartment communities and eventually working with condominium association. Rae enjoys the one-on-one relationships developed with tenants and owners over the years. Among her many duties are those of handling matters before the small claims court.

Erika Garcia began as a secretary with the company in 1992. She has proven so valuable that her responsibilities were expanded in 1995 to administrative assistant. Erika assists in preparing proposals and bid packages, works with accounting on invoices and follows up on customer service. She will take client calls on any matters and certify that everyone gets answers and prompt results.

Scott Miller is a broker with the company since 1983. He has a wide range of skills and experience in real estate and property management. Scott teaches at the Real Estate Academy and Austin Community College. He provides back up management support for the office and is on call for emergencies when needed. His expertise in sales, leasing, and management serve as excellent sounding board for the other staff.

Duane Knapper has been in the accounting field for over 25 years. He started with the company in 1983 and has focused his talents on organizing, supervising and developing the financial reporting systems of the company. Throughout his tenure, Duane's influence and guidance has been essential in safeguarding stability and monitoring growth for the future.

Cathy Garza directs all incoming telephone calls and information flow. She assists in computer processing, faxing and mailing for other staff at the company. Cathy has years of history on the telephone in customer service. She will ensure our that customers reach the right people and that messages are relayed accurately and timely.

Paul Meisler is the company's broker. He has a vast degree of expertise in the real estate field. Paul has taught real estate classes for local schools. He speaks on a variety of topics for clubs and organizations. Since 1976 Paul has been an active participant in the Austin business community. Serving on boards for the Apartment Association, Board of Realtors, Center for Battered Women and many others. He is a real estate developer, contractor and property syndicator. His wide range of experiences are invaluable assets and available to all of the company's clientele.
